To provide the best experience for all guests, I’ve established some policies for my treatment room: ✨Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. ✨Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. ✨If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, and a fee may apply. ✨ No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. Life can be so unpredictable sometimes, we completely understand that emergencies happen! If you have a last-minute issue, please reach out as soon possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
